To serve the remotest villagers our first primary eye care center at Rasoolabad district Ramabai Nagar. "JYOTI KENDRA" was inaugurated by Mrs. Elizabeth Kurian, Regional Director, Sightsavers International on the February 4, 2010. This Vision Center has the approach of collaborating with development agencies Shramik Bharti and using the community structures to reach the rural population. This vision centre will work for strengthening the PEC services by capacity building of the communities to improve the eye care uptake in the working areas.

This experiment has been taken up as the model approach and to replicate the same at different locations. We have started two more vision centers at Raniya of Ramabai Nagar district and Parihar of Unnao district with the help & cooperation of Urmila Charitable Trust (headed by Sri Prem Chand Gupta) in November 2010 and February 2011 respectively.
